Key duties:
- Deployment and configuration of VoIP centers for business clients
- Maintenance and development of corporate IP systems, VoIP networks, and call center solutions
- Installation and launching of communication systems
- Conducting training for clients and partners on how to use the provided solutions
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues - support, error removal, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Developing technical projects (High-Level Design) tailored to the clients" needs
- Gathering feedback from clients and passing it on to the programming team
Requirements:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or in the contact center area
- Knowledge of VoIP technology and related issues
- Practice in working on the first or second line of technical support
- Ability to work in a Linux environment
- Knowledge of network protocols
- Fluent in Polish and good command of English
- Programming skills or script creation in one of the following languages: PHP, Bash, Shell, Python, C/C++/C#
- Knowledge of relational databases
