Job description:
- Design, create and maintain the reports based on daily, regular needs
- Analyze the data -> strategic business support and identify potential problems
- Lead the problem to definite solution
- An important part of service improvement process
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of exprience on similar position
- Fluent Polish & English skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills and attention to details
- Advanced Knowledge of Power BI
- Practical knowledge of SQL and ability to create advanced SQL queries
- Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python)
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools
- Good understanding of IT landscape
- Understanding of data flow concepts
- Team oriented, collaborative approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Very good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage different working styles to effectively influence partners
- Strong customer focus skills
