Responsibilites:
Coordinate the Volunteering Center of the Foundation in Tarnów,
Carry out the recruitment of volunteers, contact educational institutions,
Implement and prepare volunteers for work,
Administrative work (preparing agreements, certificates, etc., maintaining a volunteer database)
Ongoing contact and meetings with volunteers,
Maintaining good relationships and creative atmosphere in the group, loyalty programs
Co-organizing charity actions with the participation of volunteers,
Monitoring current changes in law, government, local government and non-governmental activities in the field of volunteering
Desired skills & experience:
- Experience in creating and managing a team (proper delegation of tasks, ability to motivate and set requirements, proper monitoring of tasks, adequate rewarding, effective resolution of misunderstandings)
- Interest in the activities of non-governmental organizations,
- Independence and initiative in action,
- Creativity, openness, communicativeness, a smile on the face:)
- Commitment and responsibility,
- Knowledge of computer use
