- Develop and implement tools that foster a DevOps-oriented culture within the team
- Establish and maintain team-wide documentation standards
- Create and oversee technical roadmaps that align with business goals

- Solid experience with AWS, GitLab, and Jenkins
- Expertise in DevOps practices and supporting tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Proficiency in infrastructure system design
- Skilled in programming and scripting (e.g., Bash, Python, Java)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your workload independently
- Analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex problems
- Good command of spoken and written English
