Tasks:
Key aspect of this position is to be able to help us build a scalable platform, not
just build individual sites. We have hundreds of sites to manage, and this role will
help us build out to scale
- Ability to describe what your role and responsibilities were in the project or build process
- Comfortable with dynamic constraints, interacting with and handling feedback from non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to take technical concepts and explain them to non-technical people
- Produce results independently as well as collaboratively
- Much of the role is self-driven, but the ability to interact with technical and non-technical team members is critical
- Understand the limits and capabilities of front-end web technologies
- Ability to smoothly shift mental gears from concepts to detailed execution

- Production experience with design systems
- Solid foundation of the importance of developing for User Experience
- Fluency in English - preferably C1
