Tasks:
- Rollout and onboarding support during initial phase. This includes also translating, writing and creating necessary documentation and SOPs when needed.
- System operations, maintenance, and documentation in accordance with compliance requirements as well as quality assurance and development of standards.
- Providing 2nd Level support and provide training and documentation to users and to 1st level support team.
- Ensuring system integrity and security through necessary measures, for example log analysis and patch management.
- Manage the implementation of agreed changes.
- Actively work to enable sunsetting of non-strategic AD's and execute sunsetting as per agreement with stakeholders.
- Execution of project tasks in IT infrastructure projects and responsible to provide agreed project deliverables.
- Manage the ticket solving and ticket routing in "Service Now'.
- Ensure that all internal KPI's and SLA are met.
Job requirements:
- 1-3 years of technical experience in administration of Active Directory management, including GPO management, scripting, hardening or from administration of Azure Active Directory. Knowledge about Authentication and Identity Management in Active Directory.
- Experience from administration of ADFS and/or SAML/IdP is a plus, as is experiences from troubleshooting various issues related to authentication, firewall, DNS, monitoring & maintaining servers in general is a benefit.
- Experience in working according to professional processes in the area of ITSM and knowledge of the processes of service management Deep understanding of ITIL functionality.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Very good understanding of functionality of Microsoft Azure,
- Intune, MS Teams and Office 365 family.
- Fluent in English language, both written and spoken.
