Responsibilites:
- Developing sales strategy and achieving sales goals for the company (business software)
- Identifying and acquiring new business clients in line with set targets.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate business software solutions.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
- Monitoring and reporting sales results, as well as analyzing the market and competition.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Sales Manager or in sales of business software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of the business software market and trends in the IT industry.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and tailor offers to their requirements.
- Higher education preferred but not a mandatory requirement.
