The Key Responsibilites:
- Monitoring the continuity and correctness of the operation of devices installed on railway rolling stock, including tasks assigned to technicians
- Analyzing and diagnosing faults in the operation of systems and computer devices on railway rolling stock using dedicated remote tools
- Continuous monitoring of the process of removing faults related to computer device failures - for devices not covered by the manufacturer's / supplier"s warranty
- Configuring / reconfiguring computer devices on railway rolling stock
- Coordinating repair activities on rolling stock, in the event of irregularities in the operation of computer devices
- Analysis and coordination of intervention activities related to ensuring the continuity of IT rolling stock devices
- Coordinating activities in determining technical standards and guidelines for IT solutions on railway rolling stock, in particular regarding IT devices affecting tender project documentation
- Coordinating technical acceptance tests / running tests for new and modernized rolling stock, in terms of installation and operation of IT devices and systems
- Analysis and verification of documents in the above areas, proposing appropriate entries and finally approving final document proposals
- Close cooperation with suppliers and system manufacturers
Desired skills & experience:
- Higher education (preferably technical, but other will be ok :))
- Willingness to work in the field
- Knowledge of English at least at B1 level
- Ability to read and analyze electrical diagrams
- Possessing analytical skills (needed for rolling stock acceptance)
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Communicativeness
