Key duties:
- Provide SME software and system support
- Analyze and fix the production bugs following the organizational standards and procedures and according to the client SLAs
- Maintain the software baseline, support testing and verifying new functionality
- Test and verify software modifications to resolve system performance issues
- Support systems and other external interfaces for radar integration activities and formal test events
- Analyze data, reports and test results collected from test equipment and radar system
- Coordinate the deployment process with the project development team and deployment team
- Writing maintenance strategies to help with installation and commissioning guidelines
- Working together with the project development and deployment teams to coordinate activities
- Designing maintenance processes, procedures and methods
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in development and maintenance of application using Biz Talk
- Experience with RESTful Web Services;
- Experience in working with the analytical and testing tools;
- Experience with JIRA, TFS;
- Experience in designing processes;
