Key duties:
- Invoicing entities responsible for damages incurred in the transportation process.
- Checking the accuracy and compliance of invoices.
- Identifying and resolving any problems related to the invoicing process.
- Introducing proposals for actions aimed at reducing claims and speeding up invoicing processes.
- Communicating with external entities to agree on payment terms.
Requirements:
- Very good command of the English language in speech and writing.
- Professional experience related to international transportation.
- Experience working with financial systems such as SAP Finance.
- Ability to work with complex data sets, analytical skills.
- Proficiency in working with MS Office programs including Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively in an international work environment.
