Transport Coordinator in Plant

• Managing contracted transport service providers for the customer to ensure the expected level of performance
• Taking appropriate measures and actions in case of non-compliance with the service level by the supplier
• Making bookings with shipping companies and railway carriers according to available quantitative and production forecasts
• Managing transport flows to ensure the expected quality and delivery time
• Ensuring detailed and daily monitoring of "ready to transport" volumes (e.g. number of vehicles ready to transport, number of vehicles waiting for transport, etc.)
• Knowing the supplier's potential and committing him to take the established operational actions
• Monitoring the expected level of transport operations
• Ensuring data consistency in IT systems in terms of operational activities
• Adapting the loading plan according to needs and taking into account circumstances that may pose a risk to delivery
• Updating tables and databases to ensure proper reporting of activities
• In case of necessity, sending vehicles ready for transport outside the system (spot buy)
• Ensuring the circulation of information (operational and administrative actions)
• Conducting or participating in supplier performance reviews

• Higher education in transport (minimum bachelor's degree)
• 1-2 years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge of English (level C1)
• Skills in organization, planning, risk prevention
• Knowledge of MS Office Excel
• Experience working with TMS systems
• Openness to new solutions :)
