Tasks:
- Managing the claims process
- Participation in the financial management of claims
- Administration of claims and claims for proper issuance of PO and "debit notes"
- Use of IT tools for claims management and support for the development of these tools
- Supporting the claims and claims reporting process
- Adhering to established processes to properly allocate settlements and collections from collections
- Keeping records of received settlement documents and verifying their accuracy
- Issuing "purchase orders" (PO) and "debit notes" to the appropriate entities
- Adhering to processes set by management
- Applying risk management and fraud prevention measures to minimize risk to the Group
- Participation in reliable data reporting on claims and claims
Desired skills & experience:
- Professional experience in accounting, invoicing and settlements with suppliers or customers
- Very good knowledge of the transport and logistics industry
- Experience in working with SAP and free use of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good knowledge of English (at least level B2) and knowledge of Turkish (B1 / B2)
- Experience in working in an international environment
