Tasks:
- Monitoring and coordinating processes related to the import of goods from different countries
- Ensuring the compliance of imported products with applicable customs and tax regulations
- Preparing documentation necessary for carrying out import operations
- Cooperation with foreign suppliers to ensure timely and efficient import of goods
- Solving problems and clarifying any issues related to customs and tax procedures
- Tracking changes in customs regulations and monitoring trends in foreign markets
- Ensuring the smoothness of the import process by cooperating with various departments in the company, such as logistics, warehouse, finance, etc.
- Analysis of costs associated with import and searching for ways to optimize processes
- Updating tables and databases to ensure proper reporting of activities
Job requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar position
- English language skills enabling daily communication (at least B2)
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Organizational, planning and risk prevention skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of TMS systems
