The Key Responsibilites:
- Managing the claims process
- Participation in the financial management of claims
- Administration of claims and for proper issuance of PO and "debit notes"
- Use of IT tools for claims management and support for the development of these tools
- Support the reporting process for claims
- Comply with established processes to properly allocate settlements and collections
- Maintain records of received settlement documents and verify their accuracy
- Issuing "purchase orders" (PO) and "debit notes" to the appropriate entities
- Adherence to processes set by management
- Use of risk management and fraud prevention measures to minimize risk to the Group
- Participation in reliable reporting of claims and claims data
Desired skills & experience:
- Professional experience in accounting, invoicing and settlements with suppliers or customers
- Very good knowledge of the transport and logistics industry
- Experience in working with SAP and free use of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2) - in speech and writing
- Experience in working in an international environment
- Availability
