Key duties:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for network products and services in the B2B market and building a strong position for the company in this area.
- Cooperation with external clients - establishing and developing relationships with key clients and adapting offers to their needs.
- Negotiating terms of cooperation with clients, preparing offers, and conducting sales presentations and negotiations.
- Supervising pre-sales and post-sales processes, including providing technical advice to customers on implementing network solutions.
- Collaborating with technology suppliers and negotiating commercial terms to ensure access to innovative network solutions.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors" activities, introducing new network products and security to the market.
- Providing strategic support in developing the product portfolio and defining sales goals.
Requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferred: computer science, telecommunications, information security, or related fields).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of networking solutions and/or network security.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a team delivering services in the field of networking solutions and/or network security.
- Experience in working with external clients, managing business relationships, and developing product offerings.
- Experience in commercial negotiations with B2B clients and technology vendors.
- Practical knowledge of networking technologies, IT security, and cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, VLAN) and technologies related to routing and switching.
- Experience in selling and/or implementing security systems (firewall, IDS/IPS, DLP, SIEM) and cloud solutions.
- Understanding of processes related to data security and compliance (GDPR, RODO).
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written (international cooperation, technical documentation).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in conducting presentations and building relationships with key clients.
- Knowledge of the B2B market, including the ability to build long-term relationships with external clients.
- Ability to manage sales budgets and negotiate commercial contracts with technology vendors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills in sales.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and adjust sales activities to market needs.
- Excellent communication skills and personal etiquette in client interactions.
