Key duties:
- Acquiring loads for trucks and buses through transport exchanges and direct contact
- Negotiating with foreign customers for transport conditions
- Verifying transport agreement conditions with previous telephone and email arrangements
- Informing the customer about the progress of the transport
- Email / telephone contact with foreign customers
- Cooperation with drivers through the company messenger and telephone in terms of: supervising the driver's working time, monitoring the progress of the transport - keeping an eye on the pulse, language support during daily work
- Implementation of transport orders in terms of: entering into the system, creating transport instructions for the driver using a special program
Job requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of International Forwarder
- Good knowledge of English (B1+)
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Focus on achieving results and continuous improvement
- Ability to work effectively with others
