Job description:
- Updating and completing of the technical documentation for our product suite in English meeting applicable standards
- Processing of maintenance of the translations for the standard languages in the software. In this you will cooperate with our translation agency
- Updating of the user manuals producing high-quality and understandable content with the goal to improve the success and acceptance of the eProcurement product
- Writing an easy-to-understand online help and developer guides
- Managing of the release notes
- Working with internal teams (such as product managers, software developers and quality engineers) and participating in our release and sprint reviews
- Obtaining an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
- Analysing existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Creating and maintaining the information architecture and standardizing documentation process
- Participating in the quality management process
Desired skills & experience:
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
- Ability to deliver high quality text in English paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable for customers
- Good English knowledge - at least C1
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, JIRA, Confluence
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle
