The Key Responsibilites:
- Managing customer accounts in relation to contractual obligations (SLA Service Level Agreement - service level agreement, invoicing, dispute resolution)
- Development of customer accounts in terms of profitability
- Developing medium and long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, develop and diversify relationships with a specific group of existing customers
- Reviewing and reporting on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends
- Budgeting, margin analysis
- Constant contact with customers, including developing and deepening long-term business relationships with business partners
Requirements:
- Experience in telephone sales and partner acquisition
- Experience in the automotive, logistics industry
- Professional approach to partners, good organization of work, desire to achieve goals
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
- Responsibility, commitment and independence in action
- Knowledge of MS Office at an intermediate level
- Fluent English (at least B2)
