Realizowane zadania:
- Work closely with local compliance experts that provide insights into country specific regulations
- Analyse market and stakeholder requirements
- Engage internal stakeholders on vision and strategy
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria to provide solutions
- As part of an agile team monitor and help with feature development throughout agile sprints, providing detail and explanation where needed
- Work closely with the UX, UA and QA teams
- Field questions related to individual feature areas from internal teams
Oczekiwania:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Polish)
- Excellent requirement elicitation skills
- Ability to analyse and understand compliance and regulatory reporting requirements
- Experience in defining business requirements for software applications
- Ability to build productive working relationships with internal teams and management staff
- Presentation skills
- Educated to degree level
- Business Analysis qualifications, e.g. BCS, CBAP or PMI-PBA (preferable)
- Strong Business Analysis skills
