Tasks:
- Responsible for controlling financial operations.
- Analyzing and reporting monthly closing.
- Managing the monthly closing process in coordination with the supervisor.
- Preparing monthly reports for the group.
- Calculating and monitoring material costs.
- Handling the SAP ERP system to ensure accuracy of numerical data related to production processes.
- Ensuring transparency of all costs and results.
- Calculating and maintaining correct transfer prices in the SAP ERP system.
- Maintaining regular contact to optimize costs and collaborate closely with managing directors in their respective areas.
- Supporting various projects from a financial perspective and preparing business plans.
- Continuous coordination with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics (finance, controlling).
- Professional experience in a similar position.
- Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions (working with large amounts of data).
- Experience in a manufacturing company or a consulting firm specializing in cost control for manufacturing companies.
- Very good practical knowledge of Excel - a prerequisite.
- Advanced level of English.
- Open and honest personality with excellent communication skills.
- Practical approach and openness to new challenges.
