Tasks:
- Participation in the development of budgets and support in the budgeting process for individual segments of the Capital Group's activities
- Participation in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections, business plans
- Processing, analysis, and reporting of financial data resulting from agreements and other legal documents
- Processing, analysis, and reporting of financial data obtained from the accounting system
- Preparation of managerial and controlling reports for the management of the Capital Group
- Participation in the development and implementation of business processes and internal procedures
- Participation in obtaining financing for companies in the Group, including responsibility for initiating tranches according to the established schedule
- Collaboration with other departments and teams in the Group
- Participation in other projects and ongoing tasks of the Finance Department
- Direct ongoing contact with financial institutions
- Ensuring proper circulation and archiving of documents
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in working in the finance department
- Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting
- Excellent knowledge of Excel spreadsheet
- Communicative knowledge of English language (B1 level)
- Very good organizational skills
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and under time pressure
- Ability to work with contracts and other legal documents
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Openness to new tasks, challenges, willingness to work in a dynamic environment
