SAP BI Consultant

• Developing and implementing data models
• Ensuring data quality through modeling and data extraction
• Extracting data from non-SAP source systems such as MLOG, WAMAS
• Distributing data from BW using Open Hub Destination
• Creating generic extractors
• Implementing customer-specific logic in ETL transformation procedures
• Implementing customer output variables
• Implementing planning applications (aggregation levels, planning functions, planning sequences, developing customer-specific planning function types)
• Active participation (concept, implementation, testing and support) in BI projects
• General support to the team leader of business applications
• Collaboration in terms of support process optimization
• Support inventorying

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Good knowledge of German language (at least B2 level)
• Experience in creating data models and technical implementation of BI solutions (SAP BI Netweaver 7.5)
• Knowledge of front-end tools:
  • Analysis for Office
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Programming skills: ABAP, ABAP Objects, HANA-SQL, VBA
• Knowledge of SAP ECC modules: Controlling (CO), Customer Service (CS), Finance (FI), Logistics (LO), Materials Management (MM), Human Resources (PA, PM, PT, PY), Sales and Distribution (SD), CRM and Retail (IS-R)
• Understanding of business context and business requirements
• Understanding of planning processes
• Organized and independent work, results and solutions-oriented with an entrepreneurial attitude
• High level of initiative, determination and willingness to learn
• Advisory skills, high customer orientation, team orientation, strong communication skills and self-confidence
