The Key Responsibilites:
- Administration of application, Unix/Linux systems and products
- Ensuring continuity of entrusted services, systems and infrastructure
- Administration of virtual data processing environments
- Ensuring computer system security and data protection in corporate networks
- Managing remote access services to the network
- Providing technical support and assistance to company customers
- Implementing new server technologies
- Monitoring environments and eliminating potential threats
- Providing second line support for users
- Participation in the implementation of new systems and applications
- Updating technical documentation and operational procedures
Desired skills & experience:
- 4 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years as a Linux Administrator
- Very good knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems, with a special emphasis on Debian
- Knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL databases
- Good knowledge of configuration and troubleshooting services: Apache, Tomcat
- Experience in administering virtual infrastructure using VMWare
- English language proficiency at B1 level
- Accuracy and punctuality
- Focus on task completion and searching for new solutions
- Teamwork skills
