Key duties:
- Supervision over the development of the company's products
- Cooperation with business clients (participation in business meetings, technical support for the sales department)
- Managing a team of internal consultants as well as cooperation and supervision over a team outsourced from vendors (estimating their work)
- In the long term, build fully internal project teams
- Planning and organization of work of project teams
- Searching, recommending and implementing new solutions in the IT area
Requirements:
- Experience in working with tools and Machine Learning solutions
- Knowledge of REST API
- Experience in team management
- Programming background an additional advantage
- Experience in cooperation with a business client, the ability to translate technical into business language
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Ability to plan IT processes and process management
- Very good English skills
