Tasks:
- Ensuring optimal operation of the TMS SPEED system
- Monitoring and ensuring optimal performance of the TMS SPEED system
- Testing and implementing new solutions in the TMS system
- Participating in project teams requiring collaboration of various organizational units
- Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation
- Analyzing user-reported issues related to using TMS systems
- Providing end-user support as the first point of contact (answering questions, resolving issues)
- Identifying problems and maintaining operation of IT systems
Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of operation and handling of the TMS InterLan Speed system
- Knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of IT tools, hardware and technologies
- Knowledge of English at a level enabling work with technical documentation and communication in speech and writing (min. B2)
- Ability to work in project mode, creating process improvements (identifying opportunities for improvements)
- Communication skills enabling comfortable discussion with the business, searching for answers and solutions, ability to propose/make decisions
