The Key Responsibilites:
- Management and substantive support of the team (currently 5 developers)
- Development and maintenance of IT products.
- Cooperation with teams working on product development (Product Owner / Testers) - including working with task backlogs, organizing sprints, and managing change.
- Implementing standards and best practices for software development and lifecycle management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in managing a development team and a minimum of 6-7 years of practical experience in software development (full software lifecycle).
- Skills in organizing work in Agile methodology, task delegation, enforcing deadlines, and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence.
- Experience in collaborating with Product Owners, Support Managers in the development and maintenance of IT products.
- Experience in designing three-tier application architectures and integrated systems, ensuring performance and meeting security requirements.
- Practical knowledge of implementing CI/CD processes.
- Practical familiarity and experience in programming in C#, .Net Core, EntityFramework, JavaScript frameworks, Angular, SOAP/REST technologies.
- Knowledge of MSSQL databases.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
