Responsibilites:
- IT Management in the Capital Group (planning and supervision of IT strategy implementation in the Group, including budgeting, cost optimization, and organization of IT activities in subsidiary companies)
- Technological Development and Security (verification/creation of IT security policy, ensuring system continuity, data archiving, and supervision of IT infrastructure)
- Strategic and Operational Advisory (supporting the Board in IT strategy, analyzing technological needs, eliminating unnecessary projects, developing competencies in cybersecurity)
- System Implementations and Technology Development (coordinating ERP and other system implementations, supervising modifications, exploring new technologies (AI, RPA, Cloud), and recommendations for reducing technological debt.
- E-commerce and Automation (managing e-commerce projects, optimizing architecture and system integration, utilizing AI in sales and operations.
- Vendor and Partner Management (selection, supervision, and settlement of technology vendors (ERP, AI, RPA, Microsoft), contract negotiations, and setting cooperation goals)
- Ensuring Business Continuity
- Supporting the Board in project portfolio management
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managerial positions in the IT area (preferably on the client side), experience in managing teams of at least 15 people
- Higher education, technical
- Experience in leading projects, managing teams, and understanding the needs of business users
- Ability to implement or change in the ITIL area, agile project management methodologies, and software development
- Experience in collaborating with external IT service providers and negotiating contracts
- Experience in areas such as IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, databases, networks, and server systems
- Knowledge in the area of business architecture design, IT architecture, and software engineering processes
- Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Good command of the English language (min. B2) in speech and writing.
