The Key Responsibilites:
- Analysis and solving of urgent issues for clients
- Training and providing consultations for clients in the Commerce area
- Designing, configuring systems, adapting modules to client needs
- Creating new solutions
- Creating project documentation, user manuals
- Collaboration with clients
- Close cooperation with the team of developers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce consultant
- Knowledge of methods for collecting, specifying, and documenting functional and non-functional requirements
- Communication skills in business relationships and teaching skills necessary for customer contact
- Ability to independently solve problems
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
