The Key Responsibilites:
- Creating workflows and views for RWB (Responsive Web Application),
- Testing designed solutions for intuitiveness and user experience,
- Providing suggestions for changes and potential improvements to UX projects,
- Conducting UX research, mainly through analytics (e.g. Google Analytics),
- Creating vector illustrations (occasionally).
- Very responsible remote work confirmed by reports(!)
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of commercial experience in UX/UI,
- Education related to Design, HCI, or related fields,
- Strong portfolio with UX/UI projects that demonstrate independent work and high-quality user-focused designs (they don't have to be commercial) attached in the application through a link in the CV or in one document,
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS,
- Proficiency in English and Polish at a communicative level (B2),
- Experience in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or others,
- Knowledge of vector graphics software (Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, CorelDRAW, etc.),
- Ability to work independently: own ideas, task planning, design, report compilation, contact with the technical team,
- Ability to create responsive designs (e.g., for Chromebooks),
- Basic knowledge of usability in HCI (Human-Computer Interaction).
