Responsibilites:
- Participation in the process of freight cost settlement
- Current analysis of deviations
- Support in the invoicing process in the logistics-administrative chain
- Revision of discrepancies in the invoicing process and escalation to the customer
- Analysis of supplier documentation (carriers, logistics operators) and corrective/remedial actions
- Control and correction of payments
- Active participation in the IT system implementation process
- Participation in the creation of procedures, methods and tools supporting the Freight-Audit-Payment (FAP) process
- Ensuring consistency in the creation and modification of data in databases
- Cooperation with the Settlement Manager in terms of correctness and reliability of processed data
- Participation in processes of updating and improving IT tools
- Current analysis of claims and corrections - reporting
- Support in the implementation of the customer's IT system in Poland and foreign units
- Improvement of used tools in order to minimize the number of incorrect payments and settlements with suppliers
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Excel
- English language proficiency
- Analytical skills
- Availability, good organization of work, accuracy
