Job description:
- Technical support for customers through remote desktop within measurement software
- Performing measurements on request on a CMM machine, scanner, or measuring arm
- Organizing training sessions at customer sites
- Conducting training at the DEMO Center and at customer locations
- Supervising customer inquiries and reporting work in the CRM system
Requirements:
- General knowledge of the manufacturing industry
- Technical education (secondary or higher)
- Good command of English language in speaking and writing
- Independence, initiative, and proactivity in action
- Ability to work in an international, diverse team
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel for work, availability, and driving practice
