Job description:
- Analyzing customer needs in the field of management systems (LEAN and IT-based production management support systems)
- Developing implementation concepts for management systems
- Traveling to client sites for project purposes
- Implementing the management system
- Monitoring the effective utilization of the system
- Collaborating and building lasting relationships with managers in client organizations
- Achieving established schedules in terms of deadlines and budget
Job requirements:
- Experience in production management in large and medium-sized companies
- Experience working with IT systems (as an advanced user) such as ERP, MES, APS
- Willingness to work several days a week away from the place of residence
- Openness to change and ability to moderate it
- Ability to work independently in a frequently changing environment
- Resilience to stress and a high level of enthusiasm
- Responsibility and effectiveness in action
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Ease in establishing contacts
- Communicative knowledge of the English language
