Key duties:
- Technical support for customers through remote desktop within measurement software
- Performing measurements on request on CMM machines, scanners, and measuring arms
- Organizing training sessions at customers" premises
- Repairs and periodic inspections of CMM measuring machines directly at the customer's site
- Calibration of CMM measuring machines directly at the customer's site
- Conducting training at the DEMO Center and at the customer's site
- Supervising customer inquiries and reporting work in the CRM system
Desired skills & experience:
- General industry knowledge
- Technical education (secondary or higher)
- Good command of English language in speaking and writing
- Independence, initiative, and proactivity in action
- Ability to work in an international, diverse team
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel for work, availability, and driving practice
