The Key Responsibilites:

Ensuring proper management of international road and sea transport flows within services for the key customer of the company, through:
- managing transport service providers contracted by the customer, in order to ensure the expected level of performance
- applying appropriate measures and taking actions in case of non-compliance with the level of services by the provider
- maintaining relationships with key suppliers
Daily monitoring of operational activities
Managing transport flows in order to ensure the expected level of quality / cost / time of completion
Ensuring detailed and daily monitoring of "ready for transport" volumes
Taking necessary actions in case of a decrease in performance level
Knowledge of the supplier's potential and commitment to undertake established operational activities
Monitoring the expected level of transport operations implementation
Ensuring data consistency in IT systems in terms of conducted operational activities
Adapting and optimizing transport means
Adapting the loading plan depending on the needs and taking into account circumstances that may pose a risk to the delivery
Updating tables and databases, in order to ensure proper reporting of operational activities
