The Key Responsibilites:
- Supporting Salesforce Users with Pricing projects for the client using Salesforce
- Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards
- Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues and working with diverse user groups
Job requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Certificates: Salesforce Administrator, Salescloud/ServiceCloud Consultant
