The Key Responsibilites:
- Creating workflows and views for Responsive Web Applications (RWA)
- Testing designed solutions for intuitiveness and user experience
- Providing suggestions for UX project improvements
- Conducting UX research, primarily through analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Creating vector illustrations (occasionally)
- Highly responsible remote work confirmed by reports
Job requirements:
- 2-3 years of commercial experience in UX/UI
- Education related to Design, HCI, or related fields
- Strong portfolio showcasing independent work and high-quality user-focused projects (commercial projects not required), attached in the application via a CV link or in a single document
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Communicative English and Polish language skills (B2 level)
- Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other tools
- Proficiency in vector graphics software (Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape, CorelDRAW, etc.)
- Ability to work independently: generating ideas, planning tasks, designing, compiling reports, and collaborating with technical teams
- Ability to create responsive projects (e.g., for Chromebooks)
- Basic knowledge of HCI (Human-Computer Interaction) usability
