Tasks:
- Managing server and network infrastructure
- Local and remote IT support for company employees
- Ensuring the continuity of system operations
- Analyzing and resolving software and hardware issues
- Administration and development of the ERP system
- Creating reports
- Active monitoring and troubleshooting in administered environments
Desired skills & experience:
- Excellent knowledge of IFS software
- Knowledge of SQL language
- Familiarity with relational databases - knowledge of Oracle DB is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the IT field
- Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication
- Knowledge of networking concepts
- Basic knowledge of Linux
- Familiarity with Crystal Reports is a plus
- Knowledge of VPN solutions
