Responsibilites:
- co-creating and developing the BC team
- developing and deepening knowledge of oneself and other team members
- analyzing customer requirements in selected areas of the company
- modeling business processes
- configuring systems according to customer requirements
- designing and testing solutions based on business requirements and expectations,
- consulting on functionalities with IT teams (Managers, Developers).
- creating and maintaining technical documentation
- participating in Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV system implementation projects
- supporting customers in data migration to the system
- actively participating in project meetings
- training users in selected areas
- supporting users in the initial system operation period
- building good and lasting relationships with customers
Requirements:
- minimum 5 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) systems, experience working with more than one module
- extensive knowledge of ERP systems operation
- familiarity with relational databases and SQL language (at least at a basic level)
- experience in functional consulting, business analysis, documentation creation, and reporting
- experience in user training and system testing
- ability to collaborate with business, understand business needs, and translate them into IT solutions
- analytical thinking skills
- ability to work according to established schedules and budgets
- ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- you have a high personal culture
- knowledge of English language at a minimum level of B2
- ability to work in agile methodologies
