Key duties:
- Performance monitoring and analysis.
- Generate regular reports on performance metrics.
- Identify and address root causes of performance drifts, lead action plans and working groups to resolve issues.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.
- Conduct meetings with suppliers and customers on performance.
- Provide internal teams with necessary KPIs and analyses.
- Proactively raise alerts and propose improvement ideas.
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics, Quality Management, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field with 2 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote).
- Strong statistical analysis and reporting skills (Power BI, SQL, Excel).
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Experience in contract and performance management.
- Proficiency in reporting techniques.
- Effective communication skills and ability to listen and express ideas clearly.
