The Key Responsibilites:
- Identification and acquisition of potential customers through various channels, including market research, networking, industry consultations, etc.
- Creating and maintaining relationships with customers by actively contacting them, presenting services, and providing valuable information and solutions.
- Analyzing customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions tailored to their requirements and expectations.
- Collaborating with the sales team and marketing department to develop sales strategies and marketing activities.
Job requirements:
- Experience in sales, preferred knowledge of the training industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain business relationships.
- Goal-oriented and results-driven.
- Independence, initiative, and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of CRM tools.
Higher education (preferred but not required).
