Tasks:
- You will actively build a network of talents, universities and trusted partners in the Tri-city area
- You will be responsible for events like meetups and job fairs
- You will be fulfilling the hiring and resourcing requirements in general and especially of our Polish office
- You will be responsible for the entire hiring workflow from writing job profiles, job postings, recruitment and candidate searching to job interviews
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Experience
- Good communication skills and drive for a new initiative
- Fluent English
- Experience in IT recruitment and the necessary technical knowledge
