Key duties:
- Analysis and modeling of business processes in the Telco industry
- Gathering, documenting, and managing system and business requirements
- Collaboration with development and product teams to deliver effective solutions
- Creating analytical documentation, requirement specifications, and process diagrams
- Supporting the testing team in defining test cases
- Participating in project meetings and workshops with stakeholders
- Monitoring changes in Telco systems and assessing their impact on business processes
- Supporting the implementation of new solutions and optimizing existing systems
Desired skills & experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the position of IT Analyst, preferably in the telecommunications sector
- Knowledge of business and technological processes in the Telco industry (e.g., BSS, OSS, CRM, billing, provisioning)
- Experience in modeling business processes (BPMN, UML) and creating analytical documentation
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Knowledge of SQL and basic database skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Familiarity with analytical tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect, Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to work with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Proficiency in English enabling fluent communication and documentation creation
