Job description:
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to ensure the highest quality of service,
- Direct involvement in the sales process of Microsoft Cloud services and solutions,
- Analyzing clients" needs and providing tailored solutions,
- Responsibility for achieving sales goals of the Sales Team,
- Building and managing the Sales Team,
- Inspiring, motivating, and leading the assigned team,
- Analyzing sales performance and recommending optimizing actions,
- Conducting meetings and presenting Integrity Partners" offerings,
- Supervising the preparation of proposals, contracts, and overseeing their implementation,
- Building and maintaining a positive brand image
Desired skills & experience:
- Excellent knowledge of the IT technology industry, with a particular focus on current practical knowledge in Microsoft 365, Security, Azure, Data & AI solutions,
- At least 4 years of experience in selling IT solutions including Microsoft 365, Security, Azure, Data & AI solutions,
- Strong orientation towards achieving business goals and dynamics in company development,
- Experience in managing sales teams,
- Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills,
- Communicative knowledge of the English language.
