The Key Responsibilites:
- Developing reports and analyses to support managerial and operational decisions.
- Forecasting key business indicators to support long-term planning.
- Providing analytical support for new projects implemented in the company.
- Creating data visualizations in BI tools to support decision-making.
- Preparing presentations and presenting business recommendations after conducting analyses.
Job requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business and systems analysis.
- Ability to create system analyses, including use cases, user stories, mockups, and data models.
- Proficiency in English enabling fluent understanding of IT documentation.
- Experience working with development teams and understanding the structure of modern applications and related challenges (including the ability to assess which solutions are easy to implement and which are more complex and time-consuming).
- Experience in close collaboration with the business department, understanding the goals and needs of the organization.
- Strong goal orientation and effectiveness in achieving them.
- Proactiveness and ability to independently perform assigned tasks.
