The Key Responsibilites:
- Assisting users/customers with resolving issues related to our app or website via email, Play Store, or App Store.
- Reviewing and verifying data entered into our platform, including new locations, comments, and photos.
- Providing feedback to colleagues and suggesting improvements as part of quality control.
- Testing new app versions and reporting bugs.
- Participating in international exhibitions (e.g., Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Birmingham, Barcelona, Paris, Warsaw).
- Translating app content and marketing materials.
- Will provide support and expertise for ongoing AIML projects.
Desired skills & experience:
- Proficiency in Spanish (C2 level), particularly in written communication.
- Advanced English skills (B2/C1 level), primarily written.
- Strong familiarity with digital tools, mobile apps, and the Office suite.
- Ability to make decisions based on established guidelines.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Experience with motorhomes or camping.
- Background in customer care or working in a startup environment.

- Familiarity with similar mobile apps (e.g., Google Maps, TripAdvisor).
