Responsibilites:
- administration of IT systems at clients
- diagnosing and solving hardware and software problems of operating systems and servers
- maintenance of devices and implementation of technical security of the IT system
- ongoing support for end users and configuration of workstations
- data integration and migration
- building relationships with B2B clients
- keeping order documentation in the ERP system
- maintaining a register of client resources in the ERP system
- creating technical documentation, reporting
- technical support (presales) for the sales department
- technical support for Service/HelpDesk
- Stationary work from office hybrid 1 day a week after exhausting OPZ. In subsequent years, up to 2 days a week.
Desired skills & experience:
- minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- good knowledge of network and server equipment (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- very good knowledge of Windows Server and server roles, installation and configuration (AD, DHCP, DNS, RDS, FS, Hyper-V)
- very good knowledge of Microsoft client operating systems (Windows 10/11) and basic Microsoft 365
- knowledge of Microsoft 365 services administration (ENTRA ID, Exchange, MS Teams, SharePoint, INTUNE)
- good knowledge of LAN, WAN, WIFI, VPN networks
- ability to configure router/UTM for work (system configuration, NAT, Firewall, VPN, DHCP)
- knowledge of backup systems (wbadmin, Veeam)
- possession or willingness to obtain technical certifications (MCSA, MS-100, MS-101, MS-500)
- knowledge of English language (minimum B1)
- driving license category B supported by experience
