Responsibilites:
- registration of phone and email inquiries in the system
- solving user problems related to software and hardware using remote support tools
- hardware and software configuration
- escalation of inquiries to administrators
- Stationary work from office
Desired skills & experience:
- minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position.
- good knowledge of computer equipment (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
- knowledge of client operating systems
- Microsoft (Windows 10/11) and MS Office suite, Microsoft 365 at a level enabling efficient troubleshooting and problem solving.
- basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/WIFI networks
- basic knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365
- ability to independently solve problems and learn quickly
- knowledge of English at a level enabling reading technical documentation
- driving license category B
