Tasks:
- Active customer acquisition in the Polish market and foreign markets
- Analysis of customer needs and matching the best service model
- Cooperation with the implementation department - consultants (as you acquire new customers, you will receive your own recruitment team that you will lead and that will be responsible for your projects).
- Registration of sales activity in the CRM system
Desired skills & experience:
- At least one year of experience in selling recruitment services and/or related services
- Experience in working with business clients
- Highly developed negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct sales conversations both over the phone and during online and face-to-face meetings
