Tasks:
In the position of Junior Business Development Representative, your main tasks will include:
- Collaboration with senior Account Managers: Working under the supervision of experienced KAMs, supporting them in their daily duties.
- Appointment setting: Organizing and scheduling meetings with potential clients to present recruitment services.
- During the onboarding period: Identifying new business opportunities and establishing contacts with potential clients.
- At least 2 hours of conversations with potential clients daily.
- Expanding the database of potential clients: Systematically expanding the customer database, focusing on new business opportunities.
- Post-onboarding period: Actively acquiring clients for recruitment services in the IT industry.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales.
- Predisposition to work in a sales-related position, including:
- Independence and systematic approach.
- Ability to achieve set goals and show initiative.
- Quick learning ability and flexibility in adapting to organizational culture.
- Very good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build business relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Highly developed negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer cooperation skills.
- General knowledge of IT will be an additional asset.
