Key duties:
- Set up our new hires: arrange their equipment, mailboxes, required access to systems, software licenses, HR and H&S documentation and Payroll
- Work with building management to maintain employee access as required
- Assist with shipping and receiving logistics, including incoming mail and package deliveries
- Coordinate the ordering of office supplies
- Help manage Team events and workshops including research, booking hotels and venues, coordination
- Coordinate recruitment of new Staff: working with external providers, scheduling interviews, maintaining recruitment logs
- Help document departamental spend including software and licenses
- Coordinate training budget spend
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of administrative and office experience, preference on exposure to a busy IT or software development environment
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail is an absolute must
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Having a positive and professional demeanor
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
